Prior to founding Weil & Wein in 2008 and Jobtreks in 2014, Susan spent her career on Wall Street developing securitization programs and structuring commercial real estate loans for Credit Suisse First Boston, Fuji Bank, Resolution Trust Corporation, and Utendahl Capital Partners. In addition, Susan has served as an advisor and Board Member for nonprofits in NYC, Washington DC, and Hong Kong. Susan completed the External Coaching Intensive (ECI) at Columbia Business School and Teachers College. She received an MBA from Yale SOM and a BSE from The Wharton School.
