Prior to founding Weil & Wein in 2008 and Jobtreks in 2014, Terri spent her career on Wall Street in investment banking and sales and trading at Merrill Lynch, Bear Stearns, and Smith Barney, where she was Managing Director and Head of Mortgage Derivatives Trading. Terri led trading, risk management, and marketing of derivative securities. She spoke extensively and is a published author on derivative products. Terri completed the External Coaching Intensive (ECI) at Columbia Business School and Teachers College. She received an MBA and a BSE from The Wharton School.
